Here's some answers to your FAQs. If these don't help you out please don't hesitate to contact us. 

How long can my baby use the nest?

Well it all depends on your babies size but we estimate from newborn to 9-12months. We do also sell toddler size nests for when they have outgrown their little one.

Can you wash the baby nests?

Of course! We supply a washing tag on all nests as well as a section on the page of washing details. 

What prams do your pram liners fit?

Our pram liners are universal and fit most standard prams. The fit of each pram liner will depend on the shape to where the liner fits. It could sit shorter or longer depending on the shape of your pram. 

What is the difference between a quilt and a blanket? 

A quilt is a polyester padded comforter and a blanket is either plush or fleece lined. 

What is the size of the playmat and are they padded?

They are 95cm in circumference. They have 1-2cm of polyester padding.  

Why are all of your items not on the website?

We are just starting to expand our avenues for customers to purchase from so we are slowly feeding in the items on our website. We still take orders from our Facebook and Instagram though!

Why is there a difference in price on your Etsy website?

Etsy have a high fee rate for sellers so we increase the price to cover these fees. We are however, moving away from Etsy and will in the long run have 1 website to purchase of with the ability to still order through Instagram and Facebook. 

How long does it take to make my order?

We are a very small family run business and we have a lot of orders so it does take us a while to make sure your items are perfect and quality controlled. Depending on the amount of items you purchase an example is; just a baby nest is 3 weeks before shipped. A dummy clip and teether can be shipped in 1 week. We also get extremely busy at some points during the year so our made to order timeframe is extended.
